Each cadet on staff has a specific job that he/she is assigned to. Every member of staff performs to the best of their ability to complete their assignment(s). Staff members are always held to a higher example in the corps, they are at the top of the Chain of Command, if there is ever a concern a staff member is a great person to go to.
